Credit card phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday 9AM to 6PM or
Saturday 10AM to 2PM Pacific by calling Toll Free (877) 635-9488 except on major
holidays. For our customer's safety, all Credit Card information is inputted directly
into our terminal at the time of your phone call. Once this information is
electronically inputted and transmitted, we no longer have access to your credit
card or financial information. (See Privacy Policy below).

We know that it can be very difficult to determine if our products are right for you.
For this reason, we encourage you to contact us with any questions about their
use and operations. We also give our customers 14 days to try the product. If
within 14 days of delivery to the address that you specified, you decide that the
video magnifier does not meet your needs; you may contact us for a return
authorization and return your Video Magnifier and all accessories in new, resalable
condition. The original purchase cost excluding shipping and a 10% restocking
fee will be refunded. The customer pays for return shipping. We may also ask you
to provide proof, such as a tracking number, that the Video Magnifier was shipped
within the 14 days. After 14 Days, please refer to your warranty.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns that are not in new, resalable condition with the
original accessories, without proof of purchase or outside the 14 day period. But
we will be happy to try to help you resolve any issues you may have in other ways.
Please contact us if you have any issues or problems. We want you to enjoy your
purchase as much as possible.

* All video magnifier policies and warranties are voided with any attempted use
with power sources other than the standard North American 120 VAC 60Hz supply
as found in standard North American wall outlets.
Assistive Products

  • Return Policy

Assistive products other than Video Magnifiers come with a 7 day return policy. If
within 7days of proof of delivery, you discover that this item is not what you
expected, you may return it and all accessories (ship it back to us) in its unopened
sealed original package from the manufacturer (not the box that it was shipped in)
in new resalable condition within 7 day after proof of delivery to you. Return
authorization is required. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned
items. Buyer pays for return shipping. We may also ask you to provide proof, such
as a tracking number that the Video Magnifier was shipped within the 7 days.

Shipping

All items ship within 3 business days or sooner when in stock.
On the rare occasion that an item cannot be shipped within 3 business days,
the buyer will be notified and given the choice of delivery of the next available
item or a full refund. Please feel free to
contact us regarding inventory statuses
and shipping schedules.

Ground shipments will be shipped by UPS, Fedex or Priority Mail. If you prefer a
shipping method not listed (Next Day, etc.) or a particular carrier, please contact us
for pricing and availability.

Customers will be notified of tracking information and Shipping date.
