14 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy
We know that it can be very difficult to determine if our products are right for you. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us with any questions about their use and operations and we also give our customers 14 days to try the product. If within 14 days of delivery to the address that you specified, you decide that the video magnifier does not meet your needs, you may contact us for a return authorization and return your Video Magnifier, all accessories and original packaging in new, resalable condition. The original purchase cost excluding shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded. The customer pays for return shipping. We may also ask you to provide proof, such as a tracking number that the Video Magnifier was shipped within the 14 days. After 14 Days, please refer to your warranty.
Sorry! We cannot accept returns that are not in new, resalable condition with the original accessories and packaging, without proof of purchase or outside the 14 day period. If within 7days of proof of delivery, you discover that this item is not what you expected, you may return it and all accessories (ship it back to us) in its unopened sealed original package from the manufacturer (not the box that it was shipped in) in new resalable condition within 7 day after proof of delivery to you.
