Limited Warranty
• What does your warranty cover:
Your warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship of your video magnifier for the period of the
warranty.
• How long does your warranty’s coverage last:
Your warranty is for period of one (1) year from the date you receive your video magnifier from an
authorized dealer.
• What your warranty does not cover:
Damages or failures of your video magnifier due to any misuse, improper care or unintended use are
not covered by this warranty.
Not following the instructions in your video manual will void this warranty. Read the owners manual
carefully.
Un-authorized modifications to your video magnifier or its components will void this warranty.
Shipping your video magnifier to and from my facility is not covered by this warranty.
There is no coverage beyond the one year period of this warranty.
Video magnifiers that are purchased as used are not covered by this warranty.
Video magnifiers purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by this warranty.
• What you need to do:
Read the owners manual carefully. Use and care for your video magnifier as described in the manual. Do
not misuse your video magnifier. You are responsible for taking good care of your video magnifer.
Improper use and care of your video magnifier will void its warranty.
If you do have a problem, contact me (Anthony Vaughn) by phone, (909) 717-8875. I will then direct you
on how to proceed.
You must provide a copy of your receipt or invoice as proof that your video magnifier is still under its
warranty period if repairs are needed.
Do not tamper with your video magnifier by trying to open the case or making repairs yourself, this will
void the warranty.
• What I will do if you have a problem with your video magnifier:
When you contact me by phone, I will try to help you resolve simple issues such as loose connections,
etc. If I cannot resolve your problem over the phone, I will instruct you on how to get your video
magnifier evaluated.
If I evaluate your video magnifier and determine that there is a problem covered under its warranty, I
will repair your unit if possible, or, if it is not repairable, I will replace it with a similar new or refurbished
video magnifier at my discretion.
If I determine that your video magnifier is not functioning properly due to misuse, abuse, neglect or
other reasons not covered by this warranty, I will be happy to give you a quote to repair or replace it.
